Brasserie Onglet is run by Nosi BV, Gavergrachtstraat 93, 9031 Drongen, Belgium, company number BE 1010.625.479. We are responsible for processing your personal data through this website.

What data do we collect, and why?
Contact form. Name, email address, phone number and your message. We use them to answer your question or reservation.
Parties & events form. Name, email address, phone number, whether you ask as a private person or a business, company name and VAT number (business only), type of occasion, date, number of guests, budget, dietary needs and allergies, and your message. We use them to make you a proposal and organise your event. We only ask about dietary needs and allergies so we can cook safely for your guests.
Job applications. Surname, first name, email address, phone number, position, CV, cover letter, start date and extra information. We only use them to assess your application.
Newsletter. Your email address, if you sign up, to send you news from Brasserie Onglet. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Reservations and gift vouchers. Reservations and gift vouchers are handled by the systems of Restomanager and Zenchef. They process that data on our behalf; their own privacy policy applies.
On what basis?
- Your question or reservation, an event or a job application: to prepare or perform an agreement at your request.
- Newsletter and cookies for statistics and advertising: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Invoicing for company events: our legal obligations.
How long do we keep your data?
- Questions and reservation requests: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Event requests: up to 2 years after the event or the last quote; invoices for 7 years (legal requirement).
- Job applications: up to 6 months after the vacancy is filled, unless you agree that we keep them longer.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data. We only work with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- our web host and website manager (White Page Marketing),
- Google (email, Google Analytics, Google Maps),
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram, through the Meta pixel),
- Restomanager and Zenchef (reservations and gift vouchers).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, it happens with the safeguards required by European rules.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. On your first visit, you choose which cookies you allow through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie icon at the bottom left of the page.
- Necessary cookies make the website work and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
- Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) show us how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- Marketing cookies (Meta pixel) measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show you relevant ads.
- Third-party cookies come from embedded services such as Google Maps and the Restomanager booking widget.

Your rights
